Luigi is the twin brother of Mario. He plays a minor role in the Sonic for Hire series.
History[]
Luigi was first called upon by Mario to help Sonic and kill the Frog who is causing loads of traffic. Luigi believes that Frogger is some sort of hippie frog, and decides to lick him. After licking Frogger, Luigi gets completely lost in his own little world, claiming to love everything, even Mario, who's been a spotlight hogging whore all the years. After saying, "I feel on top of the world!" he runs into the street, Luigi gets hit by a bus and instantly gets killed. He made another appearance in "Donkey Kong Country", when Sonic attempted to cover Luigi's death by putting sunglasses over his eyes, while Tails imitates his voice in order to cover his death, which Mario bought, unfortunately sometime after Mario sent Sonic to get some TNT barrels, Frogger hopped into Mario's office and told him everything. Luigi's corpse was last seen placed in a barrel in Donkey Kong Country by Sonic and Tails. Luigi was mentioned in "The Battle Part 02" and was one of the three reason to why Mario was going to kill Sonic (the other two were because Sonic fucked up Mario's business, and somehow he managed to reprogramed his DVR so it could record each episode of Bachelor pad).
Luigi was briefly mentioned in Season 1 episode, "Paperboy." His name was in a newspaper, which said "Luigi Still Sucks."
In Season 6, Luigi is alive again because of Sonic messing with the Epoch so he can fix his life. Luigi did appear in "Flaming Bag of Poop" due to Mario bringing him back. Unfortunately, he was killed off when Soniqua, in Mario's attempt to kill her by dropping her in lava, spat lava on him killing him once again.
In the first episode of Season 9, "Admissions Impossible", Luigi appears to be alive again, obviously due to Sonic previously rebuilding the universe. Sonic and Tails meet up with him in Rome, from Mario Is Missing, to find his brother Mario. After Mario is suddenly killed, Luigi becomes the new boss of Sonic in "The Fast and the Furryous" and makes him participate into college sports to win some championships. However, Sonic completely fails at them.

- Luigi's sprites in Sonic For Hire were originally made by Xander-son-of-Xereus. These sprites are commonly used by CollegeHumor and Dorkly in sprite animations.
