Billy Lee is a character that appears in Sonic For Hire: Double Dragon and is the brother of Jimmy Lee. Sonic hired Eggman and Earthworm Jim to fight the twins but Billy and Jimmy quickly beat the crud out of them. Unlike Jimmy, Billy wears blue clothes and has blonde hair. He and his brother haven't been seen since the Double Dragon episode, but have made a cameo in Mega Man Dies At The End.
