Sonic For Hire: PacMan is the third episode of second season of Sonic For Hire and is the sixteenth episode overall.

Synopsis[]

After being turned down for a job by Pac-Man, Sonic is hired by the ghosts to get back at him.

Plot[]

In Pac-Man, PacMan is eating pellets throughout his maze. Suddenly, Sonic zooms throughout the maze, collecting the remaining pellets in record time. Sonic then asks PacMan to go to his boss and hook him up with a job. Unlike Dig Dug, PacMan brashly reminds Sonic that he is the star of the game, using the title screen as proof. PacMan threatens to "straight up chomp (his) ass". Sonic angrily agrees, insulting the pellets PacMan eats on his way out. While venturing out into the black, angrily muttering to himself, he comes across a rock (from Dig Dug). Upon questioning where it came from, the Ghost Gang (Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde) ask if Sonic still needs a job. Sonic initially means that the ghosts want to have sex with him. He admits that he had sex with three ghosts at once before, but four may be too much. Blinky admits this is not what they mean. Soon enough, the next level begins. It is here that we see what the ghosts have meant. They have turned Sonic into a ghost, who uses his super speed to instantly murder PacMan. Sonic and the ghosts celebrate their victory and Sonic asks them to change him back into a hedgehog. The ghosts explain that they cannot change him back. Sonic thinks they're joking around and seriously tells them to change him back as he was an eggplant for six months and does not want to go through such an ordeal again. The ghosts again tell him they cannot do anything and cheerfully leave, leaving Sonic as a ghost who decides that he did not think things through. Sonic then starts thinking about what to do with his dead body, as the rock was dropped on its head and turned him into a ghost.
